Free Trial
Every plan includes a free trial period with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.

- 2Full access during trial period
- 33 days before trial ends, you receive a reminder email
- 4Sign the digital contract at xessone.com/contract
- 5Admin activates your account
- 6First invoice sent — service continues uninterrupted
Trial Expiry
If the contract is not signed before the trial ends, your services will be suspended. Data is retained for 30 days after suspension.
Invoicing
XessOne uses manual invoice billing. There is no auto-debit or credit card on file. Invoices are sent monthly via email and can be paid via bank transfer.
- Invoices sent on the 1st of each month
- Payment due within 14 days
- Bank transfer to PT. XESS ONE GLOBAL
- Invoice history available in the dashboard
- Late payment: 7-day grace period before suspension
Upgrade & Downgrade
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Contract
After the trial period, you must sign a digital service agreement at xessone.com/contract. The contract covers service terms, SLA commitments, and billing terms. It can be signed electronically with a typed or drawn signature.
